Studio A
Austin’s legendary Studio A was built and designed by Steve Durr & Associates in the early 70’s. The
studio is located in the heart of Austin’s trendy So-Co district along side the old Austin Opera House
and is just minutes away from the celebrated 6th Street Entertainment District. The Studio A control
room features an API console with uptown moving fader automation and over 2,000 square feet of recording space. Studio A also houses an extensive list of outboard gear that has helped create the
unique sounds behind many Grammy winning artists over the years.
